We Cannot Believe that IF

We are excited to say that IF:Gathering is only two weeks away. As you know, the vision for this gathering is to equip and unleash a generation of women to know God more deeply and to live out their purposes by using their God-given gifts. We want to see a generation of women who experience freedom, reconciliation, and healing within this great beautiful body we call the church.

But sometimes a vision is so big that it’s almost hard to see, isn’t it?

Our gathering is in two weeks, but for now, we’re asking you to join us even today. I believe that the “gathering” may not be the first step of unity, but rather it may be in the sharing of a vision and tying our hearts together in prayer. Sisters, and brothers both, would you join us in prayer, asking with us for a shared vision and desire to see a generation come together that we may leave more deeply in love with Jesus?

Pray for the workers and leaders who are spending time and energy to pull this many people together. Please pray for their hearts, imaginations, and ears to be open to exactly what needs to be done. Pray for their health, wisdom, and clarity.

Pray for the worship team to hear very specifically how it is they are to lead.

Pray that the weather would afford those from far away to make it safely.

Pray for all the moving parts that need to work together for best communication, for the live-streaming and the sound.

Most of all, would you join us now to pray that every single person would come as they are to the table. Pray for empathy, for open hearts, and for eyes to see the common ground in Christ Jesus. Ask that His presence would lead us there and then into lives spent for His glory.
