IF:Local Leader Gathering Details
This fall we will gather 500 of our IF:Local Leaders to pray, connect with & hear from other leaders, and equip women to do the work of making disciples.
I took a few minutes this week to tell you about the IF:Local Leader Gathering & the vision behind it. Take a look:

IF:Local Leader Gathering Ticket Info
- Three days of leadership training & equipping
- Three meals are included in this price (Monday lunch, Monday dinner, & Tuesday breakfast)
- Connect with IF:Local leaders & IF:Local Coaches from all over the world
- Monday night of the gathering we will host our second annual IF:Pray event live from Orlando
- Live worship
- Small group breakout training & discussion
- Equipping materials to take back to your IF:Locals
- Discounted hotel room block & amenities, including parking, wifi, & hotel restaurants and retail (hotel is not included in this ticket price)
- Uber promo code for discounted transportation to & from the airport
- Production to film the content and give it away for free
We know that this ticket price could be prohibitive. We encourage you in the next two weeks before registration opens to talk to your church, women’s ministry leader, mentor, or other people in your community that believe in your leadership to ask their support. This is an opportunity for others to invest in equipping you for leadership which will have a ripple effect, equipping & mobilizing other women in your church and local context.
Also, you should keep in mind:
- We are going to offer a handful of scholarships to IF:Local Leaders who are nominated by their IF:Locals. More info on scholarships coming soon!
- We will offer this content for free to all IF:Local leaders after the gathering.
- This is just the beginning! We hope to provide more equipping opportunities in the future.

Question & Answer
What is an IF:Local Leader?
An IF:Local leader has three requirements:
- She must have a desire to take initiative for God’s glory and for the good of others
- She must be plugged into a local church
- She has hopefully hosted an IF:Local, IF:Pray, or IF:Table gatherings in the last 2 years.
Who will receive the link to register?
In the last 2 years, if you have signed the IF:Local Leader map, hosted an IF:Local gathering, and/or hosted an IF:Pray you should receive a Save the Date email on April 8th and a registration email on April 22nd. Tickets are on a first come first serve basis. Limited one per email address.
When does registration open?
The registration link will be emailed out on April 22nd at 11:00 AM Central Time.
What does the $325 ticket price pay for?
$150 – 3 meals at the Hilton Orlando (including service fees)
$100 – Production team/equipment, recording, & livestreaming
$75 – Program fees (speaker travel, decor, venue)
Does IF:Gathering handle my hotel reservation & roommate?
Hotel room reservations are a separate expense. We recommend splitting rooms to save money, and we will setup a separate Facebook group to connect attendees to coordinate transportation, accommodations, and anything else!
Are there scholarships available?
Yes, there will be a few scholarships available. More information on this coming soon!
Are tickets refundable? Transferable?
Due to limited space, tickets are not refundable but they are transferable. Please email [email protected] for further assistance with your registration.
What is the speaker line up?
Like our large gatherings in February, we will not release a speaker line up. Our hope is that you will come for training and equipping in leadership and disciple making for your local contexts.

Is there a wait list that I can join?
Yes, we will have a wait list that will open up to transfers. You will be expected to pay the full ticket price of $325. Wait list link will go live as soon as we are sold out.
What if I cannot come?
- We will offer this content for FREE to all IF:Local leaders after the gathering.
- This is just the beginning! We hope to provide more equipping opportunities in the future.
If I am not able to come does that mean that I cannot be an IF:Local leader?
Attending this training is not required to host an IF:Local or to use our tools! This is just an additional equipping opportunity.
