For the fifth day of each week of this study, we will take time to reflect upon the truths discussed throughout the week. We pray for this day to be a breath of fresh air—a moment to breathe in the truths of God and let them settle within your heart, soul, and mind. We pray that these truths will take root and produce fruit.
Begin by rereading the chapter. Does anything new stand out to you? What truths are reinforced? What truths do you need more faith to believe? What truths do you need to put into practice today?
As you reflect upon the spiritual blessings obtained in Christ, write out what each of them means for you and those around you.

Through Paul’s prayer for the Ephesians, we learned that we can know God in an intimate way and have access to His power. Do you feel you know God in an intimate and personal way? If so, what helps you know Him, and how can you deepen that relationship? If not, do you want to know Him intimately? What steps can you take today to begin to know Him more?
The same power God used to raise Christ from the dead is available to us. How have you seen God’s power work in your life? In what ways do you long to experience His power in your life? How can you tap into God’s power each day?
