Week Three Prayer

Our Father in heaven, thank You for sending Your Son to earth to become a Man so that we can see Your heart in a tangible way through Jesus’ birth, life, death and resurrection. Thank You for showing us through the interactions Jesus had on earth—with Zacchaeus, the Roman Centurion, and His disciples, that He saw each person completely. Thank You that He sees us completely, our sins and our strengths, and grants us eternal and abundant life by grace through faith.

1. Thank God for redeeming you.
2. Share the things you are waiting for with God.
3. Ask God to give you an eternal, kingdom-minded perspective as you navigate the chaos of the season and the busyness of your life.

Think about the last card you wrote someone. Did you tell that person why they mean so much to you? Maybe you reminded them of a favorite memory or told them why you love them. Christmas is next week. Take a second and write a card to Jesus. When we stop to honor him and tell him why we love him, we’re reminded why we need him every single day. Take a minute to celebrate Jesus.
