Our team loves to work alongside you to plan your IF:Local Gathering. They’re all unique, but they have one thing in common — each host is just following in obedience to God and His calling on our lives to make disciples. The following are our key resources to help you host IF:Local:

• IF:Local Hosting Guide :: This is our BEST and most important resource! It gives you a step-by-step guide to hosting an event to watch the livestream of IF:Gathering.
• Ministry Packet :: This is a packet that will help you explain what IF:Gathering is to your pastor, women’s ministry leader, or anyone you are interested in telling about who we are, what we believe, and how we can partner together to equip the women in your church or community to make disciples.
• Registration Checklist :: Please read this step-by-step checklist of how to register your IF:Local.
• Media Kit :: Find fliers, videos, press release templates, and so much more to promote your local event!
• Hosting Merchandise :: We’ve created several products to take the work out of hosting. Find those in our Shoppe!
• Attendee Guide :: This is to give to your attendees when they arrive at your event. We’ve created a version you can print on your home computer, a version you can print professionally, and a mobile version that you can simply text to your attendees. Pick which one works best for you and your IF:Local!
• Event Guide :: The Event Guide focuses a lot on the technology side of watching a livestream! It also includes the rundown of what’s happening during the event, the attendee experience, and what to expect. This resource is just for hosts and your leadership team.
• Conversation Cards :: We will use these cards in each of the three sessions. They number in the corner of each indicates which session they are for. Put them in attendee bags or place them in their seats. 
• Worship Set List/Playlist :: If you are not watching live or you prefer to have live worship where you are, we provide you a set list of songs that we’ll be singing in Dallas to share with your worship team. If you’re going to sing along with us, we invite you to start familiarizing yourself with the songs. Enjoy this Spotify playlist with the worship setlist here. We can’t wait to worship with you!
• Slides :: If you prefer to put the conversation card questions on the screen instead of passing out physical cards, they’re included in this file. We also have given you a copy of all of our general announcement slides. 
• Emcee talking points :: If you are making your own announcements and want to know what announcements we’re giving on stage in Dallas or how to best describe our resources, here you go!
• Discipleship Collective info sheet :: We will open up registration for our next Discipleship Collective on February 9th and it will remain open so that IF:Local attendees can join following your events. We encourage you to rally your IF:Locals to sign up together and start together, and we’ve provided an info sheet to help you understand what this program is all about.
• Worship order: [STILL TO COME] Many of you have asked for the order of our worship setlist, so your worship teams can match what we’re doing in Dallas. We are still nailing this down! Thanks for your patience. We will release this it to you in the next few days.
