1. What is an IF:Local?
- A prayerful, worship-filled gathering of women in their places to participate in IF:Gathering–our annual women’s event hosted in Texas that’s livestreamed around the world.
- A chance to hear authentic, Scripture-based teaching from some of the most gifted Bible teachers.
- A time to connect with women in your church and city for real, shoot-me-straight, let-your-guard-down, conversation.
- A fresh kickstart to your year and spiritual growth.
2. Where can it be hosted?
Anywhere with a reliable internet connection. Host in your church or in your home. Pull together your small group in your living room or get away for the weekend. Rally the college students from your church and have them over to tune in. Text your supper club and plan a time to watch together. Gather your people.
3. When can it be held?
You can join us by tuning in live during IF:Gathering in Dallas on February 8-9th or you can host anytime in 2019 (after February 25th). Sign up now and take all the time you need to plan and prepare.
4. How much does it cost?
We’ve put together pricing tiers based on the size of your gathering. We think you will find this to be affordable and comparable to other women’s events, however, if you are in need of financial assistance, we have some options for you, too. Check those out here. And by the way, if your church is a RightNow Media subscriber, you can host for free. Just head here to learn more.
5. Why should I host?
We’re going to let a previous IF:Local host share that answer:
“In 2017 we put out information about our IF:Local and 100 women from around Connecticut answered. We listened and laughed and grew with Jill Briscoe, Jennie Allen, LaTasha Morrison, Jo Saxton and many others. We welcomed our deaf sisters as we hosted the ASL livestream, and we collected 100+ Bibles for donation to our local ministry partner. I doubted, but God knew … And if God is real, He is worth following with perseverance instead of insecurity. I’ve learned that my little ‘yes’ is just a piece of the BIG picture of how God is moving my city.” – Rachel
